Creating art and making crafts involves using hands, holding art materials like pencils, pastels, brushes, or manipulation of materials like clay or mud. For small children, all these help in developing muscles that strengthen and support fine- motor skills. Hand-eye coordination is also improved with the practice of art and craft. It is said that “A Picture is worth a thousand words.”Art and crafts help young children explore and express their emotions. Every class has periods for V&PA (Visual & Performing Arts) inbuilt into the time table. The Visual Arts part of V&PA take care of the Arts & Crafts.

Besides, there are various contests and competitions organized in the school to create an environment; encouraging and honing the Art & Craft skills of the students. Art & Craft Exhibition is one important event where students get to showcase their talent and works.
